Actually everything was perfectly fine, my next choice again in Pigeon Forge. Cheap and well-stocked room, I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was helpful on arrival and throughout the stay. Easy check-in.

we loved location and rooms of this hotel. the room was with a balcony facing the pool. in the morning we had yogurt, hot waffles and eggs.

The rooms were clean and well equipped. The price was very good but only from the application. Breakfast was good.
The space with breakfast is too small. A lot of guests created a lot of pressure.

During our stay for 2 nights, we enjoyed the comfortable bed and the helpful staff. The location was perfect, just a short walk to several attractions. We did find some cleanliness issues in the bathroom .

The room was pretty disappointing. There was a weird smell, and I noticed some dust on the lamp shades and light fixtures. The bathroom could've used a deep clean, and I saw a bug on the bed when checking out. The heating wasn't great either. It felt chilly when I was in there. I expected more for the price I paid. Ugh.
